Staffing for 2024-2025
At Avanti Court Primary School, we are incredibly proud of our dedicated, caring and committed team. Every member of our staff plays an important role in creating a positive, nurturing and inspiring environment where our children feel valued, supported and encouraged to flourish. Our staff work together as one community, sharing a commitment to the Avanti Way and to providing every child with the opportunity to grow academically, personally, socially and spiritually. We believe that by nurturing the whole child, we help our children to become confident, compassionate and responsible individuals who are ready to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
Our Dedicated Teachers and Educators
Our teachers bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to the classroom. They create engaging learning experiences that encourage children to be curious, ask questions, think critically and develop a genuine love of learning. Alongside academic achievement, our teachers take time to understand each child as an individual, recognising their strengths, supporting their needs and encouraging them to believe in themselves and their potential.
Our Caring Support Team
Our school community extends far beyond the classroom. Our dedicated support staff, including our administrative, welfare, premises, lunchtime and wider school teams, work together to ensure that Avanti Court is a safe, welcoming and well-organised place for every child. Every role is important, and together our staff help create an environment in which children can learn, grow and thrive.
Our School Leadership
Our leadership team provides direction, support and inspiration across the school, working closely with staff, children, families and the wider Avanti community. With a shared commitment to our values and the Avanti Way, our leaders work to ensure that every child receives the care, challenge and opportunities they need to develop into confident and well-rounded young people.
Supporting the Whole Child
At Avanti Court, we recognise that education is about much more than academic achievement. We nurture children's physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing, helping them to develop resilience, confidence, independence and positive relationships. Through opportunities such as yoga, meditation, aarti, kirtan, music, sport and creative activities, our children are encouraged to discover their individual talents, develop their interests and appreciate the world around them.
Working in Partnership with Families
We believe that strong relationships between school and home are essential to children's success. Our staff work closely with parents and carers, maintaining open and positive communication and working together to support each child's development. By building strong partnerships with our families, we can ensure that children feel secure, understood and encouraged both at home and at school.
Learning and Growing Together
We believe that our staff should continue to learn, reflect and grow. Professional development is an important part of life at Avanti Court, enabling our team to develop their knowledge, strengthen their practice and share effective approaches that benefit our children. Our commitment to continuous improvement reflects the same values that we encourage in our children: to be curious, to reflect, to show self-discipline, to demonstrate gratitude and to always strive to become the best version of ourselves.
The Heart of Avanti Court
Our staff are at the heart of our school community. Their dedication, kindness and commitment help create a school where children feel known, respected, loved and inspired. Together, we strive to provide an environment where every child can learn, flourish and thrive, developing the knowledge, character and values they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and compassion. At Avanti Court, we are proud to work together as one community, united by our shared purpose and our belief in the potential of every child.
Together, we are helping to nurture amazing humans who are ready to make a positive difference in the world.
